General – all levels
- AutoCAD and Revit proficient in setup and completion of construction documents
- MS and Adobe proficient
- Capable multi-tasker with good communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a Team
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of deadlines
Intermediate Level, plus all the above
- Experienced working with and obtaining the required permits from local agencies
- Able to perform on-site surveys
- Good understanding of codes
- 5-7 years CA experience in retail, multi-family, industrial
Senior Level, plus all the above
- 8+ years CA experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Architectural License a plus
