Harris Shapiro’s long and distinguished career includes leadership roles as Studio Director, Senior Project Director and Vice President at several notable Southern California firms prior to joining RED. His expertise meshes well with the RED’s diverse portfolio and includes industrial buildings, major retail centers, commercial office buildings, commercial office/industrial building parks, multi-family housing, master planning, as well as construction administration for all project types.
Harris is the RED Senior Project Director on multiple Distribution Centers for a major Transportation Company throughout the Western US. These projects involve hundreds of thousands of square feet, requiring upgrading of conveyance systems to meet growing shipping demands. He also leads the renovation team on a major pharmaceutical manufacturer. As Project Director on a new 10,000 s.f. automobile storage facility, Harris is working closely with the Client to develop new and sophisticated storage amenities in the high security building.
You will find Mr. Shapiro to be a hands-on Senior Project Director capable of taking RED Clients through all phases of their projects, from feasibility studies through project close-out.
