The Silicon Beach-adjacent luxury auto storage facility is an innovative first for the City of Los Angeles and the State of California. Featuring 18 Quad Auto lifts, the 16,760 s.f. building will accommodate up to 72 cars within the storage lifts. The innovative lift installation by Park Plus is the first seismically-sound interior quad-lift system approved for installation in the State of California.   The building itself is one-story with mezzanine housing the corporate office functions of the luxury auto storage company with the subterranean level utilized for the actual storage.  A permanent de-watering system, methane mitigation, sprinkler system and LID requirements were all incorporated into the complex project. The RED Team provided full Entitlement, Design, Construction Document and Construction Administration services for the project.
